Management Associate
Plaid seeks a Management Associate to assist with the administrative takes associated with operating a management consulting and online learning firm. While this role will have diverse responsibilities within the firm, the primary responsibilities will be to work with the Plaid Partners to record, monitor and report on key business metrics and to support PlaidLMS integration, configuration, and technical support needs.
The Management Associate will oversee company key performance indicator reporting, process daily financial requests, track commissions earned and paid, assist the sales team with the contracting process, assist with the implementation and maintenance of PlaidLMS, and process daily technical support requests.
If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), able to understand both technical and financial processes, explain systems in simple terms, and can manage multiple priorities, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Management Associate will collaborate with all segments of the Plaid team to make sure everyone has what they need to be successful.

Responsibilities
- Respond to the daily flow of user customer service requests
- Respond to service requests from the Plaid Customer Success Managers
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Document process and procedures associated with the role
- Forecast, track, and prepare reports of key business metrics
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manage the expense reimbursement process
- Manage the commission and referral bonus tracking and payment process
- Manage accounts receivable and collection efforts
- Other project-related tasks as required
Experience and Requirements
- Ability to translate and explain technology in an accessible and approachable manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with Docusign
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Software documentation skills
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Highly organized and task list driven
- Patience when troubleshooting problems
- Willingness to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
