Engaging learning experiences are key to any pursuit of being better. Our team of expert instructional designers and educational consultants can design and develop custom online learning experiences for government and community settings to provide engaging and meaningful training experiences. We also own and operate a learning management system, PlaidLMS, that can be the home to online learning experiences.
Effectively serving the community requires a collaborative team of leaders working in sync. Plaid provides a number of facilitated staff and group development experiences to help leaders and group members effectively work together. Our staff and group development experiences aim to help learners develop personal awareness of their interests, strengths, motivations, and needs while also understanding how to engage in productive relationships with others.
