Upon completing this course, students will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Sergeant-at-Arms role, including its multifaceted responsibilities such as overseeing the execution of rituals, educating chapter members on the Ritual's significance, managing the accountability system, and maintaining order during chapter meetings.
By the end of this course, students will have developed the skills necessary to effectively fulfill the duties of the Sergeant-at-Arms, including organizing and overseeing the Judicial Board processes, promoting adherence to the fraternity's values and codes of conduct, and facilitating well-structured and orderly chapter meetings.
